Email recieved tonight from A.
"I'm seriously considering going to the xxxxx concert this Saturday evening. And I'll have access to a car this weekend. Interested?"
Um... Yeah... Does that sound like a date to you? I said yes, of course. The stars are aligned that I might well have the perfect alibi. His sister.
That's not "Are you both interested?" is it?? He could easily have invited husband along too. Or am I reading way too much into that?
I frantically dashed off an email to Sister, and asked for some objective feedback. Not sure I can be objective about that at the moment.
Update: Ha. He just replied with "husband too?"
Rollercoaster evening. There's nowhere my mind can take me that's useful tonight.
I can't figure that out. Is that a genuine offer, or a "socially correct" afterthought? Either way, it makes no ultimate difference, I suppose.
