oracle

tullee as: "oracle" for my goddess project

Not Christian or Jew or Muslim, not Hindu

Buddhist, sufi, or zen. Not any religion

or cultural system. I am not from the East

or the West, not out of the ocean or up

from the ground, not natural or ethereal, not

composed of elements at all. I do not exist,

am not an entity in this world or in the next,

did not descend from Adam and Eve or any

origin story. My place is placeless, a trace

of the traceless. Neither body or soul.

I belong to the beloved, have seen the two

worlds as one and that one call to and know,

first, last, outer, inner, only that

breath breathing human being.

in this very hard market they come from far away places to make these images possible. they come with kindness and with open heart.

for a day or so they let go of all daily mind occupations just to make a vision that hopefully will last for a long time

it comes to me that all “organized religion” does, is divide people from each other.

man and woman against each other, brother against brother, neighbor against neighbor...

more people have been killed in the name of god than all natural disasters

i know this is not the same god who whispers in my heart

we used to have such a fear of a nuclear war.

I remember over one million people rallying to Central Park NYC

I remember shadows painted on side walks.

as long as I remember there was some kind of fear planted in my heart. if it was not nuclear war, it was chemical war fair, terrorist attack or perhaps overheat of atmosphere.

I am still crunching to see what happens when Y2K hit us

"melt down" is part of the book "Obscene Seduction" an acknowledgment of all these darkness...
